Cancellations with Prior Notice: Cancellations made with 12 hours notice are appreciated and will not incur any charges. Online Booking Confirmation: As a new client, if you have reserved an appointment and subsequently fail to respond to our email attempts, we kindly request your understanding that we may have to take the liberty of canceling the reservation to accommodate other client. Automatic Cancellation: All will be confirmed via SMS on the day of your scheduled session. It is essential that you acknowledge this confirmation by responding to the SMS at least 2 hours before the appointment time. Failure to confirm your appointment at least 2 hours before the scheduled time will result in an automatic cancellation of the appointment. This cancellation will be free of charge. No-Show Policy: If you confirm your appointment on the day of the session but fail to show up without prior notice a 50% penalty surcharge will be applied to your next appointment's service cost.
